Shipping policy

PSA: IN REGARDS TO THE COVID-19, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2 - 3 WEEKS TO PROCESS AND SHIP YOUR ORDERS. THANK YOU FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. 

Custom orders take 5 - 7 business days to make, once ordered. They take 24-48 hours to be processed after purchase has been made. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking that you can track directly through USPS. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update.

Domestic orders take 3 - 5 business days to ship, Canada 3 - 7 business days and International orders take 7 - 14 business days to arrive. 

If and when there is an issue with your tracking such as lost/stolen packages, please get in contact with USPS. Once our packages leave the office, and arrive at USPS; they're now responsible for your package(s).
